Taking the All-In-One Freight Dispatching Course is only the beginning — growth happens with consistency, strategy, and support. The Dispatcher Success Circle was created for those who are actively building their dispatch business and want continued access to personalized guidance and accountability. The All-In-One Freight Dispatching Course is a  required prerequisite.

Every two weeks, you’ll meet in a small group setting via Microsoft Teams, for a focused 45-minute strategy session where we’ll:

• Review your progress, goals, and current challenges

• Refine your business systems, scripts, and approach

• Identify new opportunities for scaling and carrier retention

• Keep you aligned, motivated, and on track to reach your income goals

• $197/month — Ongoing mentorship (biweekly sessions)

• $497/quarter — 3-month bundle, save $94 when paid upfront (biweekly sessions)

Please review the following policies before enrolling in the Dispatcher Success Circle:

1. Subscription & Billing

   • The Dispatcher Success Circle operates on a recurring monthly or quarterly subscription basis.

   • Payments are automatically billed on the same day each billing cycle (monthly or every 3 months).

   • DO NOT purchase subscription after the first Friday of the month. For example, if you are signing up for February, purchase no later than Friday, February 6th unless you've received approval from staff to do so.
     
     

2. Cancellation Policy

   • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

   • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before your next renewal date.

   • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to toriafoster@allthelogistics.com.

3. Refund Policy

   • Due to the nature of coaching and mentorship, all payments are non-refundable, even if sessions are not attended.

4. Session Scheduling

   • Biweekly group sessions are the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month, and last 45-minutes each. Your time slot must be selected no later than the 1st Friday of the month (morning or evening) this is done via email. (toriafoster@allthelogistics.com)

   • Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.

5. Confidentiality

   • All mentorship sessions and materials are confidential.

   • You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any proprietary documents, scripts, or materials provided during your mentorship.

6. Results Disclaimer

   • While this program provides proven systems, tools, and guidance, your results depend on your personal effort, consistency, and implementation.

   • No earnings or success are guaranteed.

7. Program Access

   • Continued access to mentorship materials, resources, and templates is contingent on an active subscription.

   • Once canceled, access to private mentorship materials, and resources, will end at the close of your billing cycle.
