Week 3: Mastering the Cold Call
- Introduction to cold-calling techniques for prospecting & securing new clients.
- Crafting an elevator pitch and value proposition
- Cold Call Role Play + Feedback
- Building rapport with potential clients
- Tailoring communication strategies to different client preferences & personalities
Week 4: Handling the Heat
- The Art of Overcoming Rejections
- Transitioning from cold-calling to warm-calling: leveraging referrals
- Developing effective communication skills in negotiating/securing loads/resolving issues.
- Confidence coaching and mindset mastery
- One-on-One Meeting
Week 5: The Back Office Blueprint
- Back Office Training (onboarding, understanding paperwork)
- Streamlining your day-to-day operations.
- Managing multiple carriers efficiently (staying organized).
- Step-by-Step guide to completing carrier packets accurately & efficiently.
- Reviewing & Completing Carrier packets/Rate cons and addressing common challenges.
- Best practices for gathering required documentation from Carriers.
- Addressing common paperwork errors and troubleshooting issues.
- Importance of accuracy and attention to detail in paperwork.
Week 6: Real-Time Execution & Scaling
- Live Negotiation Training (Broker/Dispatcher Role playing)
- Planning Your Next Steps.
- Reflection on the progress made throughout the mentorship program.
- Review of key takeaways and actionable insights gained.

** IMPORTANT INFORMATION **
Mentorships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Mentorships can NOT be shared. All meetings with your Mentor will be one-on-one.
All cancelled meetings MUST be rescheduled within the same week or will be forfeited.
Mentees MUST complete all assignments given during the mentorship within the timeframe allotted. Due to the limited timeframe available within the mentorship we will not be backtracking.
All meetings are scheduled weekly for flexibility.
