⚖️ Important Information & Disclosures
Please review the following policies before enrolling in any mentorship program. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of enrollment unless a written payment plan has been approved.

Payment plans must be completed as agreed.
- If you already purchased the All-In-One Course separately, the mentorship will be discounted by your purchase amount. The mentorship MUST purchased within 30 days of the original purchase. After 30 days no discount will be applied.

If a mentee withdraws early, misses a payment, or fails to complete the payment plan, all funds paid up to that point will be forfeited, and their mentorship seat will be released to another participant.

Mentorship must be paid in FULL at least 48 hours prior to mentorship start date.
2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the mentorship and immediate access to proprietary materials, all payments are non-refundable.

Transfers to a future mentorship session may be approved only if requested within 7 days prior to the start date and at the mentor’s discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, non-attendance, or lack of participation.
3. Scheduling & Attendance

All mentorship sessions must be scheduled and attended within the designated program timeframe.
-
Mentorship sessions must be rescheduled within the same week and should provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and cannot be made up.
-
Morning and evening training sessions are available based on availability and must be confirmed in advance.
4. Program Duration & Access

The 6-Week and 12-Week Mentorships are structured programs that begin and end on specific dates.

Access to course materials, templates, and resources is available during your active program period.
-
Continued access or post-program support requires separate enrollment in the Dispatcher Success Circle or another ongoing mentorship plan.
5. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, and resources provided are proprietary and for personal educational use only.

You may not record, share, or resell any portion of the mentorship content without written permission.

Confidential information shared within mentorship sessions must remain private.
6. Results Disclaimer

While this program provides proven systems, strategies, and guidance, results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and implementation.

No guarantees are made regarding income, business outcomes, or client results.
7. Communication Policy

All communication must take place through approved channels (email, portal, or scheduled sessions).
-
After-hours or unscheduled messages may not receive a response.
